Terms governing the sale and use of research-grade analytical reference materials from American Peptide Club.
Intended Use
All products sold by American Peptide Club are analytical reference materials intended exclusively for laboratory research use by qualified institutions and professionals. These products are not intended for human or animal administration, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or any clinical application.
Buyer Qualifications
APC reserves the right to verify buyer credentials and institutional affiliation before processing orders. We may require documentation of research purpose, institutional authorization, or professional credentials. APC may decline any order at its sole discretion.
Prohibited Uses
Buyers expressly agree not to use APC products for: (1) human or animal administration of any kind; (2) diagnostic, therapeutic, or prophylactic purposes; (3) resale as prescription or over-the-counter products; (4) any use that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Compliance
Buyers are responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and institutional regulations governing the acquisition, storage, use, and disposal of research materials. APC does not provide legal or regulatory guidance on buyer compliance.
Documentation
Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and other analytical documentation are provided for research and quality verification purposes only. Documentation does not constitute or imply approval for human use.
