Shipping terms and conditions for American Peptide Club orders and deliveries.
Order Processing
Orders are processed during standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm Eastern). Processing time varies by product type, fulfillment pathway, and verification requirements. Institutional and wholesale orders may require additional documentation before processing.
Shipping Methods
APC ships via tracked courier services appropriate for each product category. Temperature-sensitive materials are shipped with cold-chain packaging where required. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level.
Delivery & Tracking
Tracking information is provided once your order is dispatched. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to carrier conditions, customs processing, or regulatory requirements. APC is not responsible for carrier delays.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and regulatory review. Buyers are responsible for understanding and complying with their jurisdiction's import regulations. Some products may not be available for international shipment.
Restricted Products
Certain products are restricted by jurisdiction, buyer qualification, or regulatory status. APC reserves the right to cancel or modify any order that cannot be lawfully fulfilled.
