Returns & Refunds
Return, replacement, and refund policy for American Peptide Club orders.
Returns
Due to the nature of research-grade analytical reference materials, returns are generally not accepted once products have been shipped. Exceptions may be made for products that arrive damaged, are materially different from the listed specifications, or are subject to a manufacturer recall.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your shipment upon receipt. Report any damage, discrepancies, or missing items within 48 hours of delivery. Photographic documentation may be required. APC will coordinate replacement or credit for verified issues.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Refund timing depends on your financial institution. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For orders cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be issued.
Recalls
In the event of a voluntary or mandatory recall, APC will notify affected customers and coordinate product return or disposal in accordance with applicable regulations.
